How quickly will I receive a bespoke illustration?

The turnaround time for bespoke illustrations varies depending on the complexity and my current workload. I will provide an estimated completion and delivery date during our initial consultation. I always strive to complete commissions efficiently without compromising on quality.

 

 

 

 

What should I know before buying an original illustration?

Each original illustration is a unique piece of art, created with care. Colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting whist photographing. Detailed descriptions and images are provided for each piece. If you have any specific questions or requests not covered here, please get in touch.

How does delivery work?
I offer tracked delivery within the UK for all original illustrations. If you live outside the UK, please contact me before purchasing to discuss international shipping options and costs.

What is your returns policy?
Due to the unique nature of original artwork and bespoke commissions, I do not offer returns or refunds unless the artwork arrives damaged. In the unfortunate event of damage during transit, please contact me immediately with photographic evidence, and we will work to resolve the issue.
